B12 is searching for a part-time/full time web production talent. We are
looking for a detail-oriented, self motivated individual with an
intimate knowledge of front end web production and cross browser issues.

Ideal characteristics:
- 3+ years of experience
- Extensive HTML/CSS/Javascript experience
- Working Knowledge of Photoshop
- Flash with Actionscript experience a plus
- Capable of working under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented
- On site/off site
