JOB SUMMARY:

Grubb & Ellis | BRE Commercial is looking for a graphic designer to work with brokers to design custom property and personal marketing materials. The position is responsible for maintaining a consistent graphic communications design that mimics existing standards for all property and personal marketing collateral.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Functions
 
   •   Provide conceptualization, layout and design of assigned work, including presentations, custom and property marketing materials
   •   Tailor custom graphic concepts to each individual marketing piece
   •   Ensure project management is being maintained on all jobs.
   •   Oversee production and delivery of finished projects.
   •   Work closely with our brokers and other members of Creative Services to produce quality products that enhance and complement the sale strategy of the firm.
   •   Must be able to make decisions quickly and appropriately for each assignment.

Other Duties 
   •   Proofread marketing materials to ensure quality of work.
   •   Assist and support other staff when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

General Skills
 
   •   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
   •   Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of MS Office applications.
   •   Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for project management.
   •   Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
   •   Excellent communication skills, ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
   •   Portfolio required.

Educational and Work Experience
   •   Bachelor's degree 2+ years experience in graphic design or equivalent.
