• >2+ years developing designing and building website using tableless CSS structure
• Demonstrable expertise Adobe CS3/CS4 web products (ie. Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and Dreamweaver

Responsibility
In a collaborative team environment, the Website Graphic Designer will be responsible for the art direction, design, layout, and implementation of all graphics for web-based technology solutions. They will not only design the website, but will be responsible for implementing the design into our proprietary CMS system. Team and individual-based problem solving will be a part of daily routine and implementing best-of-class solutions is an expectation. Candidate will also be expected to provide assistance, information, and support to other team members and clients.

Job Description
The Director of Marketing for Boon Inc. oversees all marketing activities. As a small company, the Marketing Director is also involved in all aspects of the business including new product development, customer service, and sales. This position manages the company brand and all communications, working closely with Rebecca Finell the Design Principal. Responsible for all product publicity and advertising in the US, plus providing marketing support to international distributors.

Specific tasks include

• Work with company owners to develop comprehensive marketing and communication plans.
• Manage and extend all aspects of corporate brand. Includes management of visual identity, verbal and written communications, and any systems that create the brand experience for all customers and partners.
• Coordinate all communications including electronic newsletters, website, collateral, sales and customer service materials, etc.
• Manage all aspects of company publicity and product placement in the media.
• Plan, manage and evaluate all paid advertising.
• Prepare and manage marketing budget.
• Participate in coordination of trade and consumer show activities.
• Assist with various sales-related activities including preparation of sales materials and presentations.
• Provide marketing materials and support to US retailers and international distributors.
• Oversee development of customer service materials and provide support for customer service communications including online, written, and verbal communications.
• Support product design team throughout product development process including development of all product-related materials (product packaging, user manuals, product labeling, etc.)
• Participate in coordination of charitable contributions.

Qualifications and skills

• 3-5 years experience in executive-level marketing position
